Returns & Refunds

At Sharma Enterprises, your satisfaction is our priority. We ensure a transparent and worry-free process for every purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Note: Innerwear and clearance items are non-returnable.

2. How to Return

Email us at assist@sharmaknits.com with your Order ID and reason for return. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide pickup or courier instructions.

3. Refund Timeline

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit upon successful inspection.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear images. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Return Shipping Costs

We bear the shipping cost for damaged or incorrect items. For size changes or preference-based returns, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
