Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been dispatched. Please contact us with your Order ID. For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return or exchange after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellation by Sharma Enterprises
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect addresses, or payment failure. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
