At Sharma Knits, we strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and customer-friendly refund process to assist you.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Refunds apply only to purchases made directly through www.sharmaknits.com.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Return – Contact us at support@sharmaknits.com or submit a return request through your Sharma Knits account.

  2. Return the Item – Ship the product to the return address provided by our team.

  3. Inspection & Approval – Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we’ll approve the refund.

  4. Refund Method – The approved refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Exceptions

  • Final Sale and discounted items are non-refundable.

  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a possible replacement or refund.
